Hayley travels to the London borough of Barking and Dagenham to help the jobless Phillips family.
Forty-five-year-old single mum Lynda has only worked for 14 months in the last 19 years. She lives with her children, 18-year-old Tara and 20-year-old Stephen, who are both also unemployed.
